We are dedicated to serving those who have been taken captive through abuse, poverty, addiction, and self-medication. We share the good news that Jesus Christ came to set the captives free, heal the broken hearts, and empower us to live Godly productive lives. John 3:16-17 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him". ESV
Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,19 to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor” Luke 4:18-19, ESV. We believe salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and being empowered by the Holy Spirit is the only complete solution for humankind's sin, addictions, hate-filled, self-destructive, and self-medicating behaviors. Biblical Christianity ministers to our body, soul, and spirit.
